Certification Programs
Pervasive offers developers a choice of earning two different credentials for data management and one for integration to highlight their knowledge of and expertise with Pervasive products. Successful completion of Certified Pervasive PSQL Technician, Certified Pervasive PSQL Developer, and Certified Pervasive Integration Technician programs add a level of competency that can differentiate an individual, as well as their company, in the marketplace.

Certified Pervasive PSQL Technician
| What is it: |
The Certified Pervasive PSQL Technician credential indicates they have the skills necessary to successfully install, configure and maintain the Pervasive PSQL engine. |
| Who benefits: |
Those individuals who perform basic and intermediate troubleshooting and support with diagnostic tools and utilities provided by Pervasive. |
| Experience Level: |
Individuals who have 1-2 years of experience building, deploying, and maintaining the Pervasive PSQL database. |
| Prerequisite: |

Certified Pervasive PSQL Developer

The Certified Pervasive PSQL Developer credential indicates they are capable of successfully designing, implementing and maintaining leading-edge business solutions powered by Pervasive PSQL. |

Developers who work extensively with Pervasive PSQL and Btrieve, and those who have demonstrable application development experience. |
| Experience Level: |
Developers with 1-2 years of experience building, deploying, and maintaining the Pervasive PSQL, and programming knowledge of C, C++, Java, Delphi, ADO, OLE DB, ODBC, JDBC, JCL, Visual C++, Visual Basic, Active X or other methodologies. |

The Certified Pervasive Integration Technician credential indicates they have the skills necessary to successfully install, configure and develop transformation specifications using Data Integrator or Business Integrator. |

Those individuals with basic and intermediate development, troubleshooting and support skills using the integration platform. |
| Experience Level: |
Individuals who have 1-2 years of experience designing, deploying and maintaining the Processes, Maps and Schema files used by the integration engine. |
