No, you only need to rebuild data files if you want to take advantage of the new Page or Record compression features once you have set the file format to v9.5.

Are there any changes to the Pervasive Workgroup edition with Pervasive PSQL v10?

Yes.  The Workgroup now comes in a single user standalone version, and a three and five user peer-to-peer versions.  Each version is licensed based on a per- seat and total concurrent users model.  A single user license is for one user with no file sharing.    The three and five user is for three or five concurrent users and allows for file sharing between the licensed systems.  Multiple user connections require each user /desktop to have an appropriate license for a peer-to-peer configuration.

What SQL enhancements are included in Pervasive PSQL v10?

Pervasive PSQL v10 includes many new SQL improvements including changes to Stored Procedures and Views.  There are also new SQL syntax updates and additional support for SQL compatibility.  Please review the Pervasive PSQL v10 What’s New Guide for details.

Can I use my existing license counts from Pervasive.SQL 7, 2000i, V8 or PSQL v9?
